Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 9, 2026 | Last updated: April 9, 2026
Introduction
Lawrence Senior Support LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information gathered through our website at lawrenceseniorsupport.com and through our companion care coordination services.
By using our website or submitting information through our consultation request form, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you request a free consultation through our website. This includes:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your loved one’s first name (the senior you are inquiring about)
- Plan preference (if selected)
- Additional notes you choose to provide about your loved one’s situation
- Marketing consent status (whether you opted in to receive promotional emails and text messages), along with the date and time of your opt-in for audit purposes
We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in the “Cookies and Third-Party Services” section below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
- To contact you within 24 business hours regarding your consultation request
- To understand your loved one’s needs and recommend an appropriate companion visit plan
- To coordinate and schedule companion visits if you become a client
- To send you companion observation summaries and family updates related to your loved one’s visits
- To communicate with you about your account, services, or changes to our policies
- To improve our website and services
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Marketing Communications — Email and SMS
We will only send you promotional emails or text messages if you explicitly opt in by checking the “Marketing consent” box on our consultation request form. This opt-in is entirely optional and is not required to request or receive a consultation or to become a client.
If you opt in, you may receive occasional messages about care tips, service updates, and special offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, and you can stop marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You may also contact us directly at the address below to revoke your consent.
Transactional communications — such as responses to your consultation request, appointment confirmations, companion observation summaries, and family updates about your loved one’s visits — are not considered marketing and may be sent regardless of your marketing preferences, because they are necessary to provide the services you requested.
We record the date and time of your marketing opt-in so that we can demonstrate compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) if ever asked.
Information Sharing
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Companion coordinators and companions: We share relevant information with our vetted companions solely for the purpose of providing scheduled companion visits to your loved one.
- Service providers: We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, or delivering our services, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Emergency situations: If a companion observes an emergency situation involving your loved one, we may share information with emergency services (911) and notify you directly.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services that may collect data through cookies and similar technologies:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our consultation form from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. This data is used to determine whether you are a human visitor. By using our website, this data is processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Terms of Service.
- Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google’s servers, which may collect your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or retargeting pixels on our website. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide notice through our cookie consent mechanism.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are:
- Consultation request / lead data (name, phone, email, senior’s first name, notes, plan interest) — retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission if you do not become a client, then securely deleted.
- Active client records (contact information, visit schedules, companion observation summaries) — retained for the duration of the service relationship and for 36 months after service ends, at which point they are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or specifically requested by you.
- Marketing consent records (timestamp, IP address, and the text of the consent shown at the time of opt-in) — retained for 5 years following the last message you receive from us, or until you opt out, whichever is longer. This period reflects our obligations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act to maintain an audit trail of consent.
- Payment transaction records — retained for 7 years to comply with federal and Kansas tax recordkeeping requirements.
- Website technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically purged.
Right to deletion: You may request early deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below). We will honor verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain specific records (for example, marketing-consent audit trails and tax records). Where we must retain records, we will clearly explain which records are kept and why, and we will delete everything that is not legally required to be retained.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt-out: Opt out of any marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
