If there is a medical emergency, your companion calls 911 immediately — they do not wait. They are not medical professionals and will not attempt medical intervention beyond calling for help and staying with your loved one until help arrives. For urgent non-emergency concerns, the companion marks their summary as URGENT, our coordination team is notified in real time, and we contact you directly. You will never be left to wonder.
Yes. While we do have a simple service agreement, you can cancel, pause, or change your plan at any time with reasonable notice. There are no long-term commitments. We believe families should stay because the service works for them — not because they're locked in.
Lawrence Senior Support is a private-pay companion visit service with plans starting at $199/month. While Medicare and standard health insurance do not cover companion services, some long-term care insurance policies may — we recommend checking your policy.
